You win some.

There is nothing more amazing than to watch your children bask in any sweet glory.
And while we prepped her, these two held on to eachother.  Baby kitty is doing super.  Bucks loves her like no other.

After testing for 5 hours, we'd land here.

Kali handled herself so well as this girl was running one hour behind.  I had ants in my pants. Holding my lips tight.
Arriving almost an hour late.  Talk about stressful.
And he patiently waited.  As he always does.  Greeting us with his handsome big smile.

This years group.

High School friends...
Mom, how did we do this again? haha.

Like this?

Best Friends.

Family.

Best friends.  Bonds.  Like no other
The years of making lovely memories.  Futures still unwritten.  Growing.  Learning.  Loving. Shaping.  This is the life they live.

And that rock that holds you up. Even during the toughest moments. She's there.  She's patient.   She still loves, and holds tight. Even when she stands like this.  She's there.  Her back probably hurts.  ha.

Because this life is fast...

And the days will soon fade.  You know, the high school days.  Those friends.  Those words.  That support.  The beauty, laughter and fun. Them.

And we will look back someday.   All of us.

Remembering when we arrived at Gio's house.  For the pre-party.

That his Mama opened their home for.  And because there is this group of Mom's that always help.  It's because we want to help. It's because we want these days to be just so sweet.

like the moments with your big sister...

When your parents find all the cell phones at the table while you all made your plates of food.

And your helping heart still feeds your rescue kitty.  While your friends step outside to help.

Because these friendships will always be that sweet glue to hold your years together.  Just becoming who they were always meant to be.
And you win.  YOU WIN.  You and Gianni win.

There's so much goodness in this.

And I look at it as a blessing.

For them.

Those things that start as this.  And become so awesome.
I hope you all had a weekend filled with love. happiness. and more love.  Because somewhere tucked in all of us, it's deserved.  Keep that smile shining.  Keep wishing those big wishes.
I continue to count my blessings.
So many things.
So many places.
So many lessons.
Live, learn, and love when you think you can't.

Happy Monday kids.

May peace be with you.

love,
the mama.
