Do something amazing today.

US Open (Surf Comp)  is coming upon us.  Year after year PCH fills with fellers making their way to the pier.  And year after year it gets really really crowded..just about right here.  SO....Bill checked with our friend Chris about tagging up his Grill.  Fatal will also host a party August 4th.  Free goodies. DJ. Pretty girls, and fun people.  Come on by.  We'd love to see you! Harry's Grill Sunset Beach on PCH-

They've opened up the upstairs outside patio now, and I must say, it turned out really cute.  Come check it out!  And say "hellllllo" to us!

Yesterday Kali, Tori, Mac and girls joined Uncle Wayne at Universal.  Uncle Wayne is currently working a film there.  What better time to visit.  Plus the little extras  they receive while there.  She's all, "Mom, do you know Matthew Perry"? I'm like, yea, did you meet him.  She's all yup.  Funny she doesn't know anything about him.

The beauties.  Cousin and Bestie.  No better way to spend a summer day.  Boom.  Well, except the kid in the green (background) HAHA!!

Whoever this wax figure is. Looks uptight.  HAHA!  I like the muscle car more.

And....I guess they played a little in Downtown.  Wooot Wooot!  Don't you love the dimensions behind her?  History.  New and old.  Cool stuff.

Yesterday while scrolling through pictures, I found this.  From my Aunt Susie.  She celebrates a birthday tomorrow. She is our family rock.  She sent me this last year. How awesome is this?  A picture of Kali and I.  I remember this day so perfectly.  At the zoo.  With our entire family.  Kali in her sling, (that she tucked inside everywhere we went.  What stroller? I carried her e.v.e.r.y.w.h.e.r.e. in it) That girl still has it tucked in her closet.  Well, I do.  The verse is exactly what I love. Think about it.  It's not who has the big and fancy.  Or who has the most dough.  That's material.  It's just things.  Yea, they can bring comfort, and some way of luxury.  Health, safety and little moments of pleasure are what count. Remember that when Mr. Envy tries to tap on your shoulder.  Shrug him off.

But it's celebrating little things. Big things.  Enjoying time with friends.  Family.  Laughter.  Sitting together while sharing stories.  Like with this girl up above....Miss. Donna.  Birrffday girl today.  Go get em beautiful girl.  Who got a new car.  Who's daughters outgrew "The mini-van".  Imagine that.  Years ago, she toted them around.  Now, she's driving a sports car.  Boom.  Have fun players.  Half way there.  To Friday that is.

Play hard, and play in the water.  Somewhere, anywhere.
