If only we could.

We all have a list of ideas behind the meaning of kindness.
We all have a list of words that are buried deep within us reminding us so.
It may be the small random things we do each day.  For one another.
We do.
In this busy world, it can be hard.
Extremely hard to have the inspiration during moments of grief.
Or fear.
Or frustration.
In this daily life.

And so we live through others.  Not intentional.  Naturally.  We do.
Humans trying to over do the other.
Loving each other when it feels good to do so.
We try when the feeling finally overcomes us.
When the tides are right, and our bodies are rested enough to be kind.
To share.  Or give.
Personally, I read quotes.  I have always loved them.  Their meanings, and their reminders.
It's what I am made of.
It helps me.
It's like my little religion.
My little source of comfort when things become trying.
Along with prayer, I always turn to peace and quiet to meditate and re-evaluate.  I just do.

Although we are connected someway or another, it's very hard to remain friendly to all.  All of the time.

Take the time to look for simple ways to pass on kindness.
Maybe a smile.
Or a note.
Or a gesture to another human being, showing respect.  Appreciation.
Love, and the grand daddy of them all, kindness.

"In this world of change, nothing which comes stays, and nothing which goes is lost." ~Anne Sophie Swetchine

Reminding ourselves along the way about change.  The tide flows in, and the tide flows out.
Let things go.  Forgiving eachother when the moment doesn't even feel right.  Just necessary.
Finding that little bit of peace....

Sometimes just stepping back for a little bit.

Reminding yourself....or reminding others.  Slow down.
Take a good look around.  And breathe out.

If only we could.......................

Plus....SUMMER IS HERE!

Happy Thirsty Thursday.

Time to make some homemade lemonade....yum.

Add some spirits to that said lemonade tomorrow.  ha.

Cheers to smiles, and inner peace.  At least for today.
Find your happy place.
