It couldn't have been more perfect...and all for our sweet pea....Happy 15th Miss. Kali...

Kali was born on May 29th at 5:30pm..weighing in at 7 lbs. 2 oz and 20 inches long. I had her natural...I had her fast...everything about her was simple. Until I got home. She was a cryer! Colic...and glued to me every moment she was awake and not nursing. I carried her around just to keep her quiet. Now she's the most easy going girl you will meet. I was amazed when they handed her to me and ALL that hair. Funny when Kris was handed to me he was blond and very little hair...I was beyond excited to have this little girl. And to this day I count my blessings. She requested a homemade cake. Her favorite is confetti cake with chocolate frosting...so here it is homemade and super yummy! MAKE A WISH!

Miss. Kali had requested Tiffany's for her birthday...so Bill and I headed over to South Coast Plaza the weekend before while Bill was under the weather... and browsed to find the perfect gifts....Amazing service..and super cute jewerly.... Bill caught me waiting for our wrapped goodies....

And here they are...all wrapped and ready...

Before leaving...Kali had practice the night before...and Savannah brought this for Kali..along with the sweetest written card...oh how I love homemade. And I love thoughtful gifts as this...Memories to last forever...the frame now sits in her room in Havasu...the card will stay in her book of Kali forever...

Her gifts sit and wait....

The night we arrived, the weather was perfect...still about 70 outside..perfect for the pool and jacuzzi..while we toasted goodnight to the sun...and enjoyed ourselves a cocktail....preparing for the next few nights ahead...whew!

And this is how teenage girls text poolside....so funny...

Warming up.....

Heading to the channel....Havasu 2011 -"Kelly-Mackenzie-Kali-Pheobe"

And on to Pirates Cove....

Me and my buddy Jaymee

Perfect weather....no wind..and 90...

Just arrived at Pirates Cove...so much to see...so much to watch...I think the girls are looking for hot boys....hmmmm

Maybe these guys? I give permission .....LOL!

Scopin out seats for our lunch....They are now at an age, as they walk, ALL men young and old are checkin out our baby...ugh! That's so hard to watch. Guess it's all part of life, and having girls ..but wow, is it hard to watch...never really prepare yourself for those days...Having a son first, he's the one bringing hotties around, never expect the table to turn- lol

The yummiest burgers and lunch....

The girls....and Mama...Arrrrrrrr

Havasu hotties...

Good times

Loved this sign...as you pull into the Channel.....

Channel silly times....

Birthday girl...

And birthday fun! I also brought whistles...whew did they rock the house! lol! And it wasn't the girls...it was the boys and adults! haha! Soon enough I would see an abandoned one, and swoop it up and into the pantry! lol

Boat ride back...with lil Bucksie....cuddlin' with grammie....

Daddy getting us around safely...our awesome DD. We always know were in good hands...

Kali and the girls get a phone call yesterday afternoon from friends from school. They were around the corner and wanted to come over and hang out...little jacuzzi time and from what I could hear as I was cleaning up the tornado mess inside..was lots of laughter....check out the dudes hand around Kali. uhhh a little water logged? lol! I finally had to go and offer a ride home to these boys...as I explained to Kali that the late night wouldn't work to well with the up and out early plan....

Chillin by the pool waiting for our bbq to be done...

Best friends..

Morning sunshines....how is everyone feeling? lol!

So peaceful....

Kris took the SeaDoo's and his jetski over to our favorite little cove...waiting for us, and his baby Bucks. Mom packed the picnic and drinks...

Wonder what he sees.....

Never thought I would fall in love with a little dog. wow.

His sweetpea turns 15.... He often tells me how amazing it's been, how fast the time flies...what an amazing girl she's turning into.

The channel...Havasu Memorial Weekend...2011- caarraazzyy!

Let the people watching begin... We've always said...when it comes to parking..anywhere..especially when it's busy..at restaurants, shows...places like this..to just have faith about the parking..if it's meant to be, you will flow right in. Of course, we are almost to the very middle, and the guys get us right in there. Perfect parking. Perfect place to watch the mayhem! haha.

The perfect spot...The beautiful girls....

Mac...this girl and Kali have the cutest bond. Besties... Grammie dipped him in the Lake before we took off....here he is excited and drying off too! lol!

Staying shaded and cozy in the cabin....

Sean and Jaymee...Havasu lovebirds....

These guys were so funny...the banner says "Show some boobies"- ok...so basically they're asking for you to get a nice juicy ticket for their entertainment. ($1000.00 to be exact...and that's if they decide to let you go nicely..) Nice try college boys....I've had family and some friends ask if it seems too crazy or riskayyyy for the kids to see such stuff. I say...it's perfectly fine...Let them learn with their parents instead of without parents...we tell them, we show them what some craziness can lead into. It's always funny to watch....

Sound asleep

Kali and Kelly getting groovy on the Sea Doo. Bill was in charge of the camera at this point...and somehow we only have 2 shots....

Taylor and Justine....

The lifeguard. / Beer gopher.

The girls sportin' Fatal bathing suits... Taylor and Justine...sweet sweet girls!

My two sugarplums. The kids set up camp on this little cove on the beach.

Super fly guy

Making sure everything is ok.

His favorite toy....

Getting ready to catch our wake.....Our house is behind this cove...it makes it extra easy to launch and walk home if needed.

The birthday girl....

Kali decided she wanted to stay in versus having our planned dinner at Javalina's. She decided on taco's from Chico's and keeping the party at our house....with the pool and jacuzzi close by..

Time to open presents.....

The little teal boxes.

Ohhh thank you Daddy!

She received so many cute gifts from her friends, our friends...and family. Lots of cute accessories...earrings, bracelets, clothes and gift cards. She loves it all so much. Everything is just perfect...

Her 10th pair of glasses....This girl loves sunglasses....

Surrounded by friends and family....

Kris got so mad and us for calling him "The Situation"- But..... hmmmm I'm just sayin'- lol!! New haircut looks nice bub!

Well.....simply put. I couldn't resist. This whole picture just amazed me. Anyone watch Modern Family?.... Meet. Cam. I mean Shawn. woops.

This is the fullest I have ever seen our jacuzzi. Good times.....

Sweetpeas.

These girls did so well for 4 days...good girls...

As our house started to empty...the weather cooled off a little on Sunday...so the girls just hung out...while I cleaned...prepped for a quiet little bbq and home...decompressing...Miss. Kali doin' some laps...

Bucksie and Grampie....uhh I think they both look exhausted...

It's still amazing to me...that what seems like yesterday was my little 5 year old running around....is now 15-

Awww peace and quiet....

Kris and Mama.

Her Tiffany bracelet and Ring.

The kids on the drive over to deliver that extra testosterone from my back yard....back to their front yard....haha! Actually they are good boys...but nightfall, jacuzzi's...bathing suits and a very tired mama that wanted to retire to her room...extra peace of mind, with them gone..lol!

And just like that the weekend was coming to a close...we have a waterfall in our pool. Throughout the years, we've collected and still collect heart rocks....it's amazing to find so many in the lake....we bring them here...and so far..it's filling up with lots of love...

Here's a couple of my favorites....

The LOVE that flows between us is something undescribable...I do know I love a full house with Kris and Kali and their friends..I love having our friends there...friends to laugh with, memories to share and most of all, enjoying life for what it is...living for the moment. Remembering to keep our priorities number one, but having fun while were here....

My sweetest wish came true, and that was traveling up to Havasu with Kali's best friends, our little family and friends that joined us. Safely. Good times, many many happy moments...that Kali will cherish forever. Her coach planned a tournament..and you get the quick "uh oh ..we aren't gonna be there coach" But soon realize...it's these times spent with family that she will remember for the rest of her life.... Cheers! Happy birthday lovebug.
